Sandy Yang's stories have appeared in Santa Monica Review, Salt Hill Journal, Juked, South Dakota Review, Monkeybicycle and elsewhere. Her story collection was named a semi-finalist for the Iowa Short Fiction Award and a finalist for the Santa Fe Writers Project's 2040 Books Award, and she was awarded a Tennessee Williams Scholarship to the Sewanee Writers' Conference. She holds an MFA in fiction from the University of Arizona.
